Unused, undamaged products may be returned in their original packaging any time before the end of the month, prior to issuance of the monthly statement.
Exchanges are accepted only if items are found damaged upon receipt.
A tax invoice must accompany each purchase; by accepting delivery, the buyer confirms that the products are free of defects and waives any further return rights.
