• (“Mobile Application”): The mobile app (Application) provided to enhance the user experience on handheld devices.
• Reference to (“Website”) also means (“Mobile Application”) for consistency across all digital access points.
• References to (“Website”) also mean the company owner, acting as the primary platform administrator.
• (“Company”): Innovative Marketing Services LLC (69425), the legal entity responsible for SHOPHUNA platform operations.
• (“Personal Data”): Information provided by users during registration or while using our online services.

Sellers bear all legal responsibility for these rights. They indemnify the platform from any legal disputes.

• Seller delivery delays or shipping failures occurring after the system processes the transaction.
• Seller technical errors during the transaction affecting the ordering or payment experience.
• Other seller mistakes or contractual disputes arising from the private agreement between buyer and seller.

We provide no guarantees for third-party goods, as we do not inspect every item listed for sale.

Our total liability to any user for any claim arising from the use of the platform is strictly limited.

11. Payment Terms

Buyers agree to these payment terms: use website methods like cash or card for all purchases.

• Provide accurate payment information to avoid delays and ensure your order is confirmed quickly.
• Inaccurate data may lead to transaction cancellation to protect against fraud and ensure security.
• Costs and fees are shown clearly during booking so users know the total amount before purchase.

• We reserve the right to implement the following changes to maintain financial integrity:

Arabic and English versions exist. The Arabic version prevails in case of conflict for legal clarity in Jordan.
