Please note that exchanges can only take place within 7 days of your purchase and items must be in a re-saleable condition, eg. unworn and unwashed.

    Simply email us on snobarkidswear@gmail.com with your order number, items to be exchanged and reason for the exchange. We will then share with you the next steps to process the exchange, whereby you will be responsible for any delivery costs associated with delivering the items back to us.

    We place a high degree of importance on the quality of our collections, however, if you find that an item you have purchased is either damaged or defective, please contact us on snobarkidswear@gmail.com with a description of the issue and photos.
