  Refunds are only provided if there is an issue with the product on our end. If you simply change your mind or the product is fine, refunds are not available. We have a 1-day return policy, so you must request a return within one day of receiving your item. To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition with tags intact, and in its original packaging, along with a receipt or proof of purchase. To begin a return, please email sales@catchyjo.net. Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions.   If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us so we can resolve the issue. Certain items, including custom products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, or gift cards, cannot be returned.
