Refund & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with HUNA. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return for a refund or exchange, subject to the terms outlined below.

Returns

• All return requests must be submitted within two (2) days of the purchase date.

• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original tags and labels.

• Some vendors may have different return policies. Please check the return policy listed on the product page before making a purchase.

How to Request a Return

1. Go to My Orders

• From your Profile Page, navigate to My Orders and select the order you wish to return.

2. Submit Your Request

• When requesting a return, you will be prompted to enter your Order ID.

• You can choose to return a specific product or the entire order.

3. Return Pickup

• All returned orders are picked up on Saturdays. Please ensure your items are ready for collection on this day.

4. Refund Processing

• Once the return is approved, the refunded amount will be credited to your HUNA wallet, Your Card.

 

Exchanges

• Exchanges can only be made at the vendor’s physical store.

• If you wish to exchange an item, please visit the vendor directly.
