Very unprofessional service. The items arrived without their original packaging, and with my last order, they refused to exchange the item, so I ended up not being able to use it at all.

The worst part was the poor customer service and the lack of a prompt response when I needed help. Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience and would not order from them again.

Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience with HUNA.

I purchased a backpack and lunch bag from a well-known international brand, but the sizes were not suitable for my son. I contacted them to request an exchange, but the response and follow-up were extremely slow. After multiple follow-ups and a long wait, I was eventually told that an exchange was not possible.

I understand having an exchange policy of 3 days but I expected much better customer service, communication, and aftersales support.

Additionally, they sent it unpacked and said it is usually comes without a package, and i ordered the same brand from another shop and it was arrived in sealed packaging.

There is one item of my order that I still haven't received and have not been compensated for, I've contacted Huna several times with no answer. Delivering my order was a struggle where I had to go back and forth with the driver several times and I had paid for next day delivery however there was no intention of delivering my items on time until I had to ask for them.

amazing and authentic quality, would suggest to any kickboxer/ muay thai fighter for twins special gloves. and good customer service although the process was a bit hectic they came through.

Bad customer service, or actually there is no customer service, I ordered a specific order with a color and received a totally different one, sent them an email and reviewed the item and they didn’t get back or offer an exchange… I don't recommend them!

I ordered a wrap gift abd paid for it but I got the item without it
